Morning: Departure from Nairobi for a scenic 4-hour drive.

Afternoon: Arrive for a hot lunch at your lodge. Head out for your first afternoon game drive. Watch as massive elephant herds traverse the dusty plains with the mountain as a backdrop.

Evening: Sundowners at Observation Hill for a 360-degree view of the park’s marshes and plains.

Overnight: Amboseli.

Morning: Early dawn game drive. This is the best time for photography as the mountain is usually clearest. Explore the Enkongo Narok Swamp, where hippos and elephants congregate.

Afternoon: After lunch and a midday rest, head back out to search for lions, cheetahs, and the elusive serval cat.
